with Protomotive Racing and their Mazda Protege. Also competed
in select GrandAm Cup events in a SpeedSource Mazda RX-8

Touring Car and American Le Mans Series LMP 675 competition.
Finished with podium finishes at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
and Miami in American Le Mans Series driving for Essex Racing.

Scored two top-ten finishes and first ever pole position for
Mazda Protege in SCCA Speed World Challenge Touring Car Competition
with Tri-Point Motorsports.

Captured the Star Mazda Series North American Championship
with two victories, two pole positions, and two additional
podium finishes. Scott finished every event in the top
ten for the second straight season.

Competed in the Star Mazda Series Best Western and West Coast
Series. Finish fourth in both championships with 3 podiums,
9 top fives, and 14 top ten finishes.

Competed in four Skip Barber Formula Dodge races finishing
on the podium twice.

- Won Pacific Coast Road Racing
Championship in Formula 2000 for the second time. Competed
in two San Francisco Region Formula Continental races, capturing
two pole positions and two victories.

Competed in U.S. FF2000 Championship for only the first half
of the year. Finished in the top ten on a number of occasions
and at the halfway mark was seventh in the championship. Invited
to England by Redgrave Racing to test Formula Renault car.

Competed in U.S. FF2000 Championship. Captured one pole position
and with fields averaging forty-five drivers Scott routinely
finished in the top fifteen. He ended the year third in the
Rookie of the Year Championship.

Competed in NorPac and San Francisco region SCCA Formula Continental.
Competed in ten events winning eight of them and finishing
second once. He captured nine pole positions and set three
track records. One of which still stands today almost seven
years later. He also won the Pacific Coast Road Racing Championship
in Formula 2000.

Attended Skip Barber, Russell and Mid-Ohio driving schools.
Competed in Skip Barber Formula Ford Race Series. Finished
second in first ever car race and through the rest of the
season captured seven podium finishes ending the year second
in the rookie of the year championship. Invited to Russell
Racing graduate run-offs where he finished fourth out of sixty-five
drivers.

Competed in IKF Sr. Sportsman , Kt-100 light, and Piston Port
Light classes. Finished fifth in Sr. Sportsman with numerous
podium finishes and three wins, Finished seventh in Kt-100
light with one win and finished eighth in
Piston Port Light. Finished third in Tri-County Sportsman
16 championship.
